Our boards are produced using 3x state-of-the-art Canon Arizona digital printers, delivering fast, high definition print with exceptional colour reproduction.

UV curing technology bonds the inks directly to the Correx surface, creating a hard wearing finish designed to withstand the demands of outdoor use.

Precision Cutting and Drilling

Speed meets precision.

Two new additions to our production facility are the IECHO digital cutting machines, which allow us to process high volumes quickly, without compromising on accuracy.

Every board is precision cut and consistently drilled to the same exacting standards, helping us maintain quality across every order, whether you are ordering one board or thousands.

The result: faster production, consistent dimensions and dependable delivery lead times.

Heat Welded T Board Construction

Stronger at the point that matters.

Our T Boards are manufactured using heat welding, fusing the two Correx sheets together to create the opening for the post.

Rather than relying on adhesive tape or glue to hold the construction together, heat welding physically fuses the material. That means the two sheets are designed to stay together, helping create a stronger, more durable board that is built for life on the high street.

High Density Greyback Correx

More visible. More durability.

We use exclusive Greyback Correx for our T Boards, selected for its strength, appearance and performance.

The grey back sheet means print from the reverse of the board, and the shadow of the post through the middle, is never an issue even on the sunniest of days. That is a particular benefit to predominantly white boards, making sure your message and branding stay easy to read and sharp.

At 1250 gsm, our material is amongst the most dense available on the market, giving our boards greater substance and helping improve their longevity in outdoor conditions. It is another example of where we refuse to compromise on the materials that go into every board we produce.

A More Responsible Way to Make Boards

From board to board again.

We believe signage shouldn't automatically mean waste. Our Correx boards are fully recyclable, while the timber we use for our posts is FSC certified, helping us make more responsible material choices from the outset.

Our approach doesn't stop when a board reaches the end of its life. When we are already delivering to you, we will collect your old boards and return them to us for recycling, helping divert them from landfill and giving the material another use.

If we are not delivering, boards can either be collected for a small fee or sent back to us directly.
