We are very pleased to announce that we have invested £300,000 in a new large format digital 8 colour, high speed printer. This is in line with our annual innovation & investment program to ensure we are offering the best possible service to UK estate agents.
This choice of printer is ideal for high-volume sign and display graphics. It combines exceptional print quality, speed and versatility. Its 3.05 x 2.5 m vacuum table holds media firmly in position, ensuring outstanding results.
We now own 3 of these Cannon Arizona 6170 XTS printers, making us the only print supplier in Europe to do so. This invest is a testament to our dedication to provide the best service for our customers. This single investment alone will increase our capacity by 35%, which will dramatically improve delivery lead times.
We appreciate that the property sector is an extremely fast moving industry, and if we are to service estate agents efficiently, we need to be as reactive as the market. This new investment will give us the flexibility to produce boards on short notice, and also remain competitive during peak times.
As well as increasing capacity, this is a state of the art 8 colour printer with the ability to print 155m2 per hour. By owning 3 of the same model, we can offer total print consistency across production, ensuring that your boards will be produced to the same high quality finish, with maximum ink longevity and consistent colours time and time again.
With this investment paired with our 2021 Eco-Board program, we can offer an unrivaled solution for board quality, sustainability and service efficiency. We aim to use 2021 as the start of an ongoing program to convert all UK estate agents from standard correx boards, to our exclusive eco-friendly recycled correx and with the introduction of this new printer, it supports the demand to achieve this goal.
