Surrey & Hampshire based agent Warren Powell Richards have recently undergone a rebrand which saw them change over all of their signage from boards to office fascia's.
Brand consistency was very important to the customer, as the project included all 6 of their office network changing into the new brand. This level of integrity can be hard to achieve when using multiple suppliers, but we were able to replicate the same colours across all of the different substrates used to complete the project.
These office's had just about everything! The fascia and projecting signs were all supplied fretcut, with LED illumination, paired with bespoke freestanding LED window displays. All of which are designed for maximum impact on the high street, and to achieve around the clock exposure.
Wall maps, stand off logos and decorative brick wall feature vinyl wraps were also installed throughout the offices, offering total brand consistency and really enhancing the look & feel within the office.
A supply of 450 new sales & lettings boards completed the rebrand, ensuring a great presence of the new brand throughout the local area.
